3 easy steps and you're there!


Step 1 - choose the set and cost structure which suits you best.

Check what´s included in the cost - you´ll find a price guide under each group of images of each series.

Think about what you want to say (write a rough draft), then think about the material (photographs or movies) you may already have and would like to show. (See Hints & Tips)


Step 2 - now you´re ready to talk it through with us.

Simply click the contact button and just answer a couple of questions so that we can get up to speed. We will then contact you - explain the process for video production, discuss your material and script - and then book your appointment.
At this stage an initial payment of £250 will be required and the balance payable on completion, as outlined in our terms.


Step 3 - you´ll arrive at Aquila and we´ll go through your script over coffee.

We´ll iron out any wrinkles and make sure it fits within the time frame you´ve opted for. We´ll go through the material (jpegs or movie) you would like to include and where it should appear in your company video.

We´ll then ‘mic you up’ - you´ll stand or sit in front of our green screen and, with the aid of a teleprompter, you´ll make your presentation.

There’s no rush and no pressure - you’ll have up to 3 hours if you wish.

When we´re all happy we´ll show you the raw footage of your presentation directly from the camera to a TV set. Here we can note the clips to use and for you
... that´s it!


What happens next - we assemble the green screen clips, your jepgs or movie material - colour balance and edit it into the timeline tracks. We´ll follow your script and bring in all your material where appropriate.

This means that we´ll use the facilities of your chosen set and from time to time fill the screen with your imagery while your voice will continue to run. Images of your logo appear, your contact number and full contact details are all fed in as appropriate.

You´ll then be emailed a small, low resolution, watermarked, QuickTime file for checking - plus the invoice exactly as agreed! No surprises!

On receipt of your cheque we´ll send you the final, formatted file for use in your website - A high quality 512 pxl x 288 pxl Flash file (progressive download) ready for embedding into your website - or a High Definition QuickTime file suitable for streaming into your website from YouTube).
